Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

All products sold by LD Global are digital PDF ebooks delivered by instant download. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

By completing a purchase on ldglobalebooks.com, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that is made available to you immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You did not receive your download link by email within 30 minutes of payment and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
• The PDF file you downloaded is corrupted, unreadable or does not match the product description.
• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

3. When We Cannot Issue a Refund

We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• You have already downloaded the PDF file successfully.
• You changed your mind after downloading the product.
• You purchased a product you already owned.
• Your device does not support PDF files (all modern devices support PDF natively).
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@ldglobalebooks.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

5. Download Issues

If your download link is not working or has expired, contact us immediately at support@ldglobalebooks.com with your order number. We will generate a new download link for you at no charge. This is not a refund situation, we will always ensure you receive the product you purchased.
