If you have an account, log in and go to My Account then Downloads. All your purchased ebooks appear there with fresh download links. If you checked out as a guest, your link is in your original order confirmation email. If you cannot find it, contact us and we will resend it.

Go to the Lost Password page, enter the email address linked to your account, and a reset link will be emailed to you within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

No. LD Global is a one-time purchase store. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no membership fees, and no credits to manage. Every ebook costs $7.99 and is yours to keep permanently after a single payment.

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will issue a full refund if:

• You did not receive your download link and our support team could not resolve it
• The PDF file is corrupted or does not match the product description
• You were charged more than once due to a technical error
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded it, within 24 hours of purchase

Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded, refunds cannot be issued except in the circumstances listed in our refund policy (corrupted file, billing error, or product mismatch). This is standard policy for digital goods across all platforms. If you have a specific issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Email us at support@ldglobalebooks.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

This is not a refund situation. If your download link has expired, email us at support@ldglobalebooks.com with your order number and we will generate a new link for you immediately at no charge. We always ensure you receive the product you paid for.
